To register for the IELTS Test in Estonia you should:
1. Enter your personal data into the candidates’ on-line database in the registration system. Please bear in mind that sessions will not be visible in the system after the registration deadline.
There now is an option of uploading your document in the online database, too.
2. Send by post or bring in the office a clearly legible copy of your valid ID document (a valid passport or an ID card that was used at registration; candidates from outside Estonia should have a valid passport), a manually signed print-out of your IELTS application summary that you received on your email after on-line registration and a copy of your payment confirmation to our office in Tallinn University to arrive at least 5 days before the exam date. (All these can also be sent as email attachments; document can be uploaded in the on-line database, too).
3. Transfer the required fee of EUR 175 according to the instructions given in the registration system within 5 days after registering for the test.

4. Candidates can borrow “The Official IELTS Practice Materials” from the exam centre when all the necessary documents have been received. Candidates are not allowed to write in these books and have to return the materials to the language center IELTS administrator on the day of the examination. The same book can also be purchased (Price 12 EUR) at Room S-327. You can either pay cash or pay to the IELTS account.

The exam centre is located in the premises of Tallinn University Silva Building at Narva mnt 29 room S-327. Entrance to the univerity is through Astra Building (Narva mnt 29). You need to come up to the 3rd floor using a lift or taking the stairs.
